Dr. Carley was born and raised in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah. After graduating from Utah State University, he completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University. He began treating a wide variety of injuries, disorders,and post-surgical interventions, including a certification in dry-needling.

Dr. Carley strives to be professional, compassionate and helpful to deliver the best level of care for each of his patients to fuel his passion for helping everyone live a pain-free life.
