Kolby is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant who earned his degree from Utah Tech University. Born and raised in Logan, Utah, he brings a strong sense of community and a passion for helping others achieve their physical goals.

His love for the outdoors and active lifestyle fuels his understanding of movement, function, and recovery, and his ability to relate to and motivate his patients. Kolby is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care and supporting each patient on their path to better health.
