Monique

PTA

Monique was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. She graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and received her Associate’s as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Utah Tech University. She enjoys rock climbing and hiking with her family in all of Cache Valley’s beautiful canyons.

Monique has a passion for providing individualized, quality care to each of her patients. She makes it her personal duty to work alongside patients until they reach their health and wellness goals.
